Integrating spiritual awareness - anxiety can disconnect you from your inner wisdom and spiritual connection. Through mindfulness, breath work, and other mind-body practices, I will help you reconnect with your inner self and align with a sense of purpose and peace.
Identify triggers and patters - together we will explore the specific triggers that activate your anxiety and examine how they connect to past experiences, relationships, or unprocessed emotions.
Strengthening boundaries- anxiety can be a sign of unclear or uncommunicated boundaries in relationships, work, or daily life. We will explore where you may be overextending yourself or neglecting your own needs. I will support you in creating boundaries that feel empowering and sustainable.
Creating Safety - anxiety thrives when the nervous system feels unsafe. In session we explore your experiences that have created a sense of fight-or-flight within the nervous system; while, learning how to read these warning signals in the body.
This holistic approach doesn’t just address the symptoms of anxiety; but helps you understand its root causes, heal old wounds, and empower you to live with greater freedom and ease.
