I specialize in treating anxiety because I myself had anxiety. But before starting on my own healing journey I didn’t even realize I had anxiety. This was before social media and chat GPT was available to give us knowledge and insight into what we are experiencing. So, I know what it is like to constantly feel on edge, not being able to control your racing thoughts, and feeling disconnected from your own body. It is not fun! But this journey of reconnecting and feeling safe in my own body is what has led me to want to help others do the same.
